About The Position

The Customer Relations Representative Intern will perform mail room duties, file schedule requests, and manage bulk and inventory. The Intern will assist the Customer Relations Department with closing out customer reports and contacting Pace customers, verbally addressing concerns and complaints as needed. Essential functions include: Handling day-to-day mail operations, schedule requests, and inventory. Learning the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. Closing out customer reports, redirecting reports, and updating Department information. Contacting Pace customers to address public concerns. Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be currently enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year accredited college or university and working towards a degree in General Education, Business, Communications, Psychology, or other related field.
  • Must demonstrate working knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time, frequently stand and/or walk within an office environment, lift and carry up to 25lbs, use a keyboard and type for prolonged periods.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
