Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer relations or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk) and data analysis tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and customer advocacy.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance customer satisfaction metrics across our diverse customer base.
  • Manage the issue lifecycle and oversee the ticketing system.
  • Analyze depot performance trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor operator and chain satisfaction levels to ensure optimal service.
  • Report on customer issues and trends to leadership for informed decision-making.
  • Centralize and optimize the customer service system using tools like Zendesk or similar CRM platforms.
  • Implement strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Strengthen operational dependability through effective communication and processes.
  • Foster cross-functional alignment between sales, supply chain, and operations teams to streamline efforts.
