About The Position

Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Customer Relations Associate. This role will report directly to the Customer Relations Manager and focus primarily on Aerospace / Defense customers and client support. The associate will interface with customers and vendors daily, work closely with internal teams, and eventually take over key client accounts. Responsibilities also include supporting the implementation of a new ERP system, learning the industry landscape to address customer needs, performing clerical duties, and assisting with database management.

Requirements

• Willingness to learn company products and processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Customer relations or client interaction experience
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team environment with internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Report directly to Customer Relations Manager
• Focus primarily on Aerospace / Defense customers and client support
• Interface with customers and vendors on a daily basis
• Work closely with production, shipping/receiving, and estimating teams
• Take over key client accounts over time
• Support implementation of new ERP system
• Learn industry landscape to best address customer needs
• Perform clerical duties and assist with database management
