About The Position

The Customer Project Manager is responsible for overseeing an external customer program—a collection of projects managed together to deliver business benefits—or a specific project within an assigned product and/or service scope. This role involves assigning tasks to the project team, managing resources and stakeholders, and ensuring delivery aligns with contractual obligations, forecasted costs, timelines, and quality standards. The Customer Project Manager is accountable for overall project success, including customer satisfaction, financial performance, health and safety compliance, and operational service delivery. Responsibilities

  • Overseeing an external customer program
