Your Impact We’re looking for a talented Customer Delivery Project Manager to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will: Lead Customer Delivery Projects – Own the successful end-to-end delivery of identity and access management solutions from planning through handover. Drive Customer Satisfaction – Own the successful end-to-end delivery of identity and access management solutions from planning through handover. Enable Scalable Growth – Establish consistent delivery practices that reduce risk, improve predictability, and support business growth.

Requirements

  • Project delivery experience– Prior experience in project coordination, project management, or customer delivery roles within technology-driven environments.
  • Technical aptitude – Exposure to SaaS products and/or technology-led solutions, with strong technical aptitude and interest in understanding product and service offerings.
  • Customer-focused mindset– Experience supporting or managing customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Strong communication skills – Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for engaging customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborative approach – A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute across disciplines.
  • Education & certifications – Degree in Business, computer science , or related field (or equivalent experience); formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-end delivery – Plan, coordinate, and execute customer projects including configuration, testing, training, and system handover.
  • Develop Project Plans – Define scope, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements while managing dependencies and risks.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams – Align software, technical, sales, and presales teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
  • Manage change and risk – Proactively handle scope changes, delivery risks, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain Documentation – Prepare and manage project documentation, implementation plans, and customer handover materials.
