About The Position

Drive high‑impact healthcare delivery by leading complex patient monitoring, therapeutic care, IT, and capital equipment implementations across the care continuum at Philips Connected Care. As a Project Manager, you’ll own multiple end‑to‑end deployments, guiding cross‑functional clinical and technical teams to deliver seamless, statement‑of‑work‑driven outcomes and an exceptional customer experience. Your role: Coordinate, lead, and motivate cross‑functional internal and external Sales, Clinical, and Technical teams in partnership with hospital‑assigned project managers and key stakeholders. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans using Philips Project Management methodology and tools. Create and maintain detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) to define scope, deliverables, and execution timelines. Lead change, risk, communication, stakeholder, and resource management planning to ensure project alignment and issue mitigation. Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with the statement of work, driving successful implementation and a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in IT project management (healthcare environment is preferred). Project management and/or Lean certifications are a big plus.
  • Your skills include 4+ years of experience with MS Project, MS Office Suite, Salesforce.com and other standardized Project Management tools and documentation.
  • You have at least a bachelor’s degree in a clinical field, computer science, information technology, project management, a similar field or 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Field Service position. Up to 75% travel is required.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence diverse project stakeholders through effective leadership while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
  • For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Dallas, TX. USA
