Position Summary: The primary job function of the Key Account Rep is to develop and implement business strategies that will lead to the profitable growth of an assigned group of high-opportunity agencies. This may be achieved through regular interaction with executive leadership of large national and regional brokers, agency groups, and independent agencies stretching across geographic boundaries. The Key Account Rep will be the primary liaison to these agencies, tasked with facilitating sales growth through training, analytics, and presentation of data on a regular basis.
