The Customer Program Manager coordinates all Elo and partner resources to flawlessly execute customer projects and ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget. This role will coordinate people and processes to ensure that Elo projects produce the desired results for our customers. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s multi-functional team and timeline. This is a remote position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering
  • Minimum of 2-5 years proven working experience as a project administrator with external clients, preferably in the information technology sector
  • Ability to make clear, strategic decisions that are in alignment with Elo’s business objectives
  • Demonstrated ability in leading, planning, and executing multi-departmental programs
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in computer hardware and software systems
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift to OSHA single person lift requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, or walk for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally without restrictions

  • Experience collaborating with sales, operations, and service support teams
  • Ability to create new processes and challenge the status quo
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Be the face for Elo’s business with the client and all stakeholders
  • Interface with customers to support their daily requirements, such as product testing, and deployment scheduling
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Support programs with service support contracts including program scope, lifecycle, and resources
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Communicate technical issues, and be a liaison in assisting with technical resolutions
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Other responsibilities and duties as assigned by manager.
