About The Position

Cyber Future Summer Internship Do you want to build a safer digital future? Are you excited to collaborate with global teams and customers to solve real-world cybersecurity challenges? The Cyber Future Summer Internship at Netwrix gives you the opportunity to do exactly that. This is a hands-on, project-driven program where you will take ownership of meaningful initiatives that improve how Netwrix engages with prospects and customers. From day one, you will be embedded in a team, assigned a clearly defined project, and expected to deliver measurable outcomes by the end of the program. This is not a shadowing program — you will analyze, optimize, and build, directly impacting outreach effectiveness and conversion across the sales funnel. Program Dates are 1 June 2026 – 14 August 2026. This is a remote-first role with occasional travel required for team meetings. This is a paid internship. Position Overview We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Customer Outreach Intern to support the optimization and creation of outbound outreach sequences. This role focuses on improving messaging, aligning outreach with current product offerings, and increasing conversion through more targeted and effective communication. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone interested in sales development, messaging strategy, AI-assisted workflows, and SaaS go-to-market execution.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Analytical, problem-solving mindset

  • Experience with Outreach, sales engagement platforms, or AI tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and improve existing outreach sequences.
  • Audit current Outreach sequences
  • Identify and remove outdated or unused sequences
  • Assess performance and effectiveness of commonly used sequences
  • Build and refine outreach aligned with current strategy.
  • Perform gap analysis to identify missing sequences
  • Create new sequences based on target segments and solutions
  • Use AI tools (including custom GPT tools) to evaluate and improve messaging
  • Ensure outreach is supported by strong content and proof points.
  • Work with marketing and product teams to align messaging
  • Leverage customer case studies and supporting assets
  • Ensure sequences reflect current product portfolio and positioning
