About The Position

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support sales operations by delivering exceptional customer care and sales support. This role involves managing customer expectations, processing orders via phone and email, and working extensively in Salesforce and SAP to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Previous customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive and professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Enter and manage customer orders using SAP and Salesforce
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support business growth
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in CRM and ERP systems
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during peak business seasons
