About The Position

This role focuses on customer service and data entry, supporting customers by phone and email with product and service–related inquiries. The position requires maintaining accurate customer records, updating account information, and resolving product or service issues with clarity and professionalism.

Requirements

Proficient computer skills
Intermediate Excel abilities, including: Running simple reports Navigating basic report structures
Experience using Microsoft Outlook
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams
Order entry, customer support, retail, data entry, inbound calls, and general administrative support.

Nice To Haves

Experience with SAGE 100 is a plus

Responsibilities

Engage with customers by answering product and service questions and providing helpful information.
Maintain and update customer account records with accuracy.
Resolve product or service concerns by: Clarifying the customer’s issue Identifying the root cause Determining and explaining the best solution Processing corrections or adjustments Following up to ensure full resolution
Process customer adjustments to maintain accurate financial account information.
Recommend potential products or services by gathering and analyzing customer needs.
Learn to navigate internal reports, portals, and ERP systems to provide accurate information on products, ETAs, and shipment tracking.
