This role offers a hands-on opportunity to support data-driven decision-making across our customer organization while gaining exposure to cross-functional collaboration, business operations, and leadership-facing work. What is Customer Operations? Customer Operations focuses on enabling our customer-facing teams with the insights, processes, and operational rigor they need to be successful. As a Customer Operations Intern, you’ll help turn data into meaningful insights, support recurring and ad-hoc reporting, and contribute to improving how we plan, forecast, and communicate across the organization. You’ll work closely with team members across functions and gain visibility into how operational metrics support strategic decision-making.
