In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring seamless order processing, clear communication, and top-tier execution that reflects our commitment to quality and care. This role offers comprehensive visibility of Supply Chain and Operations, giving you a clear understanding of the organization’s internal systems and workflows.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain & Operations, Logistics, or Communications
  • 1-2 years’ experience in order management and fulfillment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Self-driven, exhibiting ownership and accountability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact
  • High level of accuracy and efficiency in data entry tasks
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  • Reliability/Punctuality

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter retailer orders into the company’s order management system
  • Verify order details for accuracy, including product codes, quantities, pricing, and partner information
  • Monitor receiving status of orders via EDI/SPS into company’s ERP system, NetSuite
  • Respond promptly to retailer inquiries regarding order status, product information, and delivery schedules
  • Provide retail buyers with product and service information, including order updates and follow-up communication as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date retail partner records in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with warehouses, production, and logistics to plan product availability timelines
  • Change orders by customer request and effectively communicate changes with internal teams to ensure proper fulfillment
  • Handle customer and consumer communication/incoming inquiries/issues with orders
  • Work closely with the sales team to clarify order details and manage special requests
  • Coordinate with shipping and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Run reports with the goal of increasing understanding of order patterns and retail partner profiles
  • Ensure all order documentation is correctly filed and easily accessible for future reference
