About The Position

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Operations Coordinator to help run the day-to-day flow of our projects. This is not a typical “admin” role. You’ll play a key part in keeping jobs moving, customers informed, and crews working efficiently during our busy season. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and aren’t afraid to take ownership—this could be a great fit.

Requirements

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills (especially with customers)
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities without getting overwhelmed
  • Comfortable making decisions and solving problems

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in construction, home services, logistics, or dispatching is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate installation crews
  • Communicate with customers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Order and verify materials for upcoming jobs
  • Keep projects organized and moving on schedule
  • Solve day-to-day issues quickly and efficiently
  • Work closely with sales, field crews, and leadership
