About The Position

The Customer Marketing Intern’s primary goal is to support Encore’s customer marketing initiatives, focusing on brand marketing and developing marketing campaign activities that drive client engagement and revenue growth. This paid, hybrid internship offers hands-on experience in developing case studies, leading a client-direct campaign, overseeing elements of a brand campaign and supporting customer events and industry relations. The intern will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales (GSO, production sales, field sales), the Industry Relations team, and the integrated marketing team to help execute marketing projects and develop new assets. This role is ideal for individuals interested in brand strategy, campaign management, and cross-functional marketing collaboration. This position is based in Schiller Park, IL. Temporary housing is not provided for this role.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Interest in brand strategy, campaign management, and customer marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with AI tools and email marketing platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Marketing Support & Campaign Execution
  • Independently lead one client-direct campaign, from planning to execution and reporting.
  • Assist in developing customer case studies and marketing assets that showcase Encore’s value and impact.
  • Support customer events and industry relations activities in partnership with the IR team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales teams (GSO, production sales, field sales) and the Industry Relations team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Work with the integrated marketing team to develop creative assets for campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Brand Activation
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of brand campaign, ensuring messaging aligns with Encore’s positioning.
  • Measurement & Reporting
  • Track and report on campaign metrics and project outcomes.
  • Support brand campaign performance analysis, providing insights to improve future initiatives.
  • Assist in developing performance dashboards and presentations for internal stakeholders.
