Position Overview We’re searching for a Customer Implementation Specialist to join our Onboarding & Success Services team in a remote role. To keep us headed in the right direction, we’re looking for people who understand winning is a team sport, who value and seek to learn from our team’s diverse experiences and backgrounds, who welcome a challenge and take risks in the pursuit of creating better outcomes for our customers, and who can, at any given time, step back to laugh and have some fun.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management or software implementation experience (insurance industry experience is a plus).
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects involving data migration and system integrations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced troubleshooting for product installation and configuration.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with data conversions and system integrations.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize independently, manage stress, and maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Implementation Process: Manage complex solution implementation projects from planning through execution, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within scope.
  • Lead Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, set clear expectations, and communicate effectively.
  • Deliver with Precision: Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail—because the little things matter to our clients and make the difference between good and great.
  • Drive Technical Excellence: Assist clients with product-related configuration decisions, troubleshoot advanced technical issues, and maintain expert-level knowledge of Applied Systems products.
  • Support Data Migrations: Support data migrations for clients in our mergers & acquisitions program, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and seamless integration during high-impact transition.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with internal stakeholders to optimize workflows and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Champion Quality & Innovation: Identify opportunities for improvement, mentor team members, and lead initiatives that elevate customer experience and departmental performance.
