The Customer Fulfillment Specialist provides direct customer interface regarding product supply through phone calls, email, and in-person meetings. You will be responsible for pricing, contract administration, data systems, customer issues, product quality, and invoicing. The Customer Fulfillment Specialist is an integral part of the Sales Team and the key customer interface role for the team in tracking customer usage, equipment and product deliveries, and problem resolution.
