About The Position

Joyce Factory Direct is seeking a Customer Finance Specialist to support our customers and sales teams by educating customers on financing options and guiding them through the loan application process for home improvement projects. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, lenders, and internal teams to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive financing experience. The ideal candidate brings a background in financial sales or consumer lending, is highly organized, and enjoys helping customers find payment solutions that make their projects possible.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in financial sales, consumer lending, or loan application processing
  • Strong understanding of various loan types, including personal loans, home equity loans, and renovation loans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms
  • Sales driven mindset with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills

Responsibilities

  • Utilize your financial background to educate customers on various loan products available for home improvement projects
  • Guide customers through the application process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of different loan options, terms, and eligibility criteria
  • Coordinate with lenders, Joyce staff, and customers to manage loan processes from start to finish
  • Provide proactive communication and status updates to all parties throughout the financing process
  • Collaborate with the sales team to integrate loan products into the overall sales approach
  • Actively engage with customers to identify needs and recommend suitable financing options
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business
  • Stay informed on trends and regulations within the consumer financing space
  • Assist with sales onboarding and training related to financing programs and best practices

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $50,000–$60,000 annually
  • Total compensation expectation of $70,000–$90,000 with performance-based bonuses tied to approved loans
