Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • A passion for customer service and a willingness to learn.
  • Local to Chattanooga or Chicago area; must be able to work 4 days in the office.

Responsibilities

  • You will work closely with the Customer Experience Director to analyze feedback, develop solutions, and create engaging content that fosters a positive experience for our customers.
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback through surveys and interviews.
  • Help identify areas for improvement in the customer journey and contribute to developing actionable strategies.
  • Collaborate with various departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Product) to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of customer experience resources, including guides, FAQs, and training materials.
  • Participate in customer experience projects, from planning through execution, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Assist in organizing customer engagement initiatives, events, or webinars.
