As a Customer Experience Intern, you’ll play an essential role in supporting our standard order fulfillment process, gaining meaningful exposure to logistics, customer communication, finance, planning, and cross‑functional operations across our global industrial organization. This is a hands‑on internship for students eager to build real‑world business, analytical, and communication skills while making a tangible impact. In this role, you will support the full lifecycle of standard orders, from order acceptance through invoicing. You’ll help coordinate equipment needs, monitor costs, track shipping activities, and ensure customers receive timely, accurate updates. You’ll also partner closely with internal teams in warehousing, service, sales, and finance to help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. This is a hybrid opportunity based in Richmond, VA.
