Responsibilities

  • Deliver Legendary Customer Service via phone, email, and chat from our Pompano Beach, Florida office
  • Approach challenges with a Find A Way mindset to support customer needs and exceed expectations
  • Resolve issues using Blameless Problem Solving, focusing on solutions and teamwork
  • Build strong customer relationships through Friendliness and Warmth in every interaction
  • Proactively follow up with customers and support orders, quotes, and shipping coordination
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and support team goals, celebrating wins along the way
