Citizens State Bank is looking for an enthusiastic professional to join our La Crosse office as a Customer Experience Administrative Assistant (internally known as our Director of First Impressions). This role is essential to our team, serving as the first point of contact for customers and helping ensure we live out our mission: “To provide an experience like no other.” This position is often the initial employee our customers talk to on the phone or in the La Crosse office. The ideal candidate will be able to provide top-notch customer service through excellent phone skills and spirited greeting of the Bank’s customers, with a positive “can-do” attitude. They will be able to carry out the #citizensexperience every day, while demonstrating strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and working well under pressure. We are looking for self-starters who can work independently in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment, while maintaining both flexibility and proactivity with assignments and responsibilities. Duties include answering phones, greeting customers, providing top-notch customer service, general administrative duties, and maintaining sufficient office supply inventory. Computer and customer service skills are essential; previous administrative experience is a plus.
