Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
  • Assess client needs and present appropriate benefit options with clarity and professionalism
  • Guide clients through the enrollment process
  • Maintain accurate digital documentation and manage follow-up communication
  • Deliver exceptional, client-centered service
  • Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and team collaboration
