As a Customer Engineer, you’ll act as a Solution Architect, serving as the technical authority on how Cresta integrates with platforms like AWS Connect, Genesys, and Five9. You’ll help design, build, and deliver our cutting-edge solutions for enterprise contact centers, ensuring customers achieve meaningful results through real-time coaching and agent efficiency tools. You’ll work across multiple customer projects, manage deadlines independently, and participate in sales calls to remove technical barriers.
