As a Customer Engineer at Biofire, you will play a pivotal role in capturing, translating, and operationalizing customer feedback into engineering-ready insights that directly shape the future of the Biofire Smart Gun. We are looking for someone who is technically curious, highly detail-oriented, and deeply empathetic to users to contribute to our Product and Customer Engineering efforts and help ensure Biofire delivers the safest, most intuitive firearm experience ever built. To succeed you will need to be able to own the full lifecycle of customer feedback — from intake and categorization to clear documentation and escalation — while actively supporting Customer Success with reusable knowledge resources. You will need to be a hands-on, user-centered problem solver, who is eager to bridge real-world customer needs with technical execution and continuous product improvement.
