About The Position

The Customer Engineer (ATM CE) is responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and maintenance services for electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems. This role involves installation, repair, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.

Responsibilities

  • Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively
  • Diagnose and repair electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory
  • Perform maintenance repair and system overhauls
  • Dismantle old machines in the warehouse and test individual parts for functionality.
