The Armis Customer Engineer (ACE) team drives the Armis deployment value by collaborating, reinforcing, and improving deployment efforts wherever possible. An ACE’s day-to-day involves expanding the Armis deployment and visibility into the customer environment and enabling seamless operation of the Armis platform. ACE transactions are requested through a ticketing system. ACE’s work with the Technical Account Managers (TAM) to successfully deploy and expedite the time to value of the Armis platform. The ACE engineer handles technical network and security-related activities in the customer environment, as designated by the technical account manager.
