Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, coachability, and professionalism
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable speaking with customers in person and on the phone
  • Competitive mindset with a team-first attitude
  • 1–3 years of customer service or sales experience preferred (retail or luxury experience is a plus)
  • Seeking long-term growth — not just a job

Nice To Haves

  • Passion for high-end vehicles or luxury products is a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional, luxury environment
  • Educate clients on PPF, ceramic coating, window tint, and detailing services
  • Recommend premium packages, add-ons, and bundled solutions
  • Provide accurate estimates and process invoices
  • Perform vehicle walk-arounds and documentation
  • Maintain detailed CRM records and follow up with cold leads and past clients
  • Coordinate scheduling with the service team for drop-offs and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office
  • Assist with vehicle photos and social media content (a plus)
