About The Position

At Bordner Home Improvement, Customer Engagement Specialists are the initial point of contact for homeowners, responsible for building trust, understanding their needs, and generating excitement for home improvement projects. This role involves connecting with homeowners to convert interest into action by setting high-quality appointments for Design Consultants. The ideal candidate is a natural communicator, persuasive, customer service-centric with a sales mindset, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
