This role is for individuals who are energized by conversations, naturally persuasive, and customer service-centric with a sales mindset, aiming to help homeowners move forward with their dream home projects.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with homeowners and turn interest into action
  • Build quick rapport, understand needs, and create excitement around their project
  • Set high-quality appointments for our Design Consultants
  • Manage conversations across phone, text, email, and CRM
  • Collaborate with a team that thrives on energy, accountability, and results
