Requirements

  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • A college degree in a related discipline is preferred but not required

Nice To Haves

  • Highly customer-focused, with an ability to work effectively with internal and external customers and teams
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure with a sense of urgency while managing multiple competing priorities.
  • Self-direction and self-motivation / ability to make sound decisions independently
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Order Management Systems is desirable, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Manages day-to-day operations planning on behalf of specific Printpack customers.
  • Responsible for managing items, orders, inventories, and shipment releases to meet customers’ needs while optimizing the use of Printpack's production resources.
  • Analyzes forecasts to proactively plan production for the customer’s products, ensuring the customer’s demand is consistently met, minimum stocking levels are maintained, and changes are incorporated into production plans.
  • Processes items, orders, and shipment releases accurately and promptly to ensure the customer has the right products at the right time.
  • Serves as the point of contact between the customer and internal groups on daily operational matters.
  • Develops and maintains reports that support the customer and internal groups, such as inventory and order status reports, trial reports, etc.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with both internal and external customers in a manner that demonstrates a high level of commitment to excellent customer service, to facilitate the flow of orders and information
