Cohesively work with a team, as well as independently Ability to interact with team members across pharmacy and fulfillment facilities. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while keeping our pet patients and customers front and center. New-hire education consists of six weeks of paid in-classroom training at our Swedesboro, New Jersey campus; Monday - Friday. Weeks 1–3: M–F, 8 AM–4:30 PM Weeks 4–6: M–F, start times may be 9 AM or 10 AM. You will learn about our state-of-the-art laboratories and impressive shipping and warehousing operations while being trained to become a Customer Care Specialist and a registered New Jersey Pharmacy Technician. The available shift after the six weeks of in-classroom training is 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. until the next shift bid, where this may change. One Saturday a month of work to be expected.
