About The Position

TEKsystems is supporting a client actively hiring for customer care specialists for a hybrid role in Swedesboro, NJ. This position will interact with customers and process their prescription orders. Applicants with strong customer service skills and available to work an evening shift, 11:30am-8pm, are encouraged to apply. Description Provide strong communication and empathy to customers Efficiently navigate systems to provide service in a timely fashion Ability to critically think and react to different customer situations Ability to interact with team members across different departments Maintain a positive and professional attitude

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Data entry and administration skills
  • Must be willing to get a NJ pharmacy technician license during the training period

Nice To Haves

  • Prior call center experience preferred
