Previous sales or customer service experience.
A strong desire to transition into a Sales Account Manager role and take ownership of client relationships.

Responsibilities

Sales Support: You’ll be the backbone of the sales team, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring our customers get the best service, every time.
Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers, offering them personalized solutions and being their go-to for any questions or issues that arise.
Order Management: Accurately input orders, track delivery dates, and ensure products are shipped on time. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any order issues.
Quote Generation: Use our Quotebot system to prepare and send quotes to customers, working with the sales team to convert leads into loyal clients.
CRM Excellence: Keep track of all customer interactions and sales opportunities in our CRM database, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
Sales Growth: Support the sales team in driving revenue and client satisfaction, all while learning the ropes of the sales cycle and advancing your career in sales.
