To learn more, visit us at bugs.com Examples of what you’ll do … Talk to our customers about any of our services [pest control, lawn, termite, etc.] Understand and document customer requests and provide prompt, friendly assistance Schedule service appointments, route our service technicians, and work with your team to help achieve customer satisfaction. Communicate with service technicians, with sales team, with management, etc. What we offer you … Starting pay is $19 per hour Health and welfare benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and GAP Insurance. Our current medical carrier is United Healthcare. Employer currently contributes toward a portion of employee’s medical insurance premium. Requirements
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Excellent phone manner – able to confidently and professionally communicate with our customers, fellow employees, and management
- Call Center Representative experience
- Organized, attention to detail, strong multi-tasker
- Eager to learn and grow
