Jim Curley Buick GMC is currently seeking a dedicated individual fluent in email, text, and phone handling able to answer customer inquiries and be the voice of our dealerships. The appropriate candidate must be able to handle inbound email/phone inquiries and assist them through the vehicle purchase process in the showroom. Your goal is to serve our online shoppers to the best of your ability as well as enhance the Jim Curley experience throughout the customer’s research and purchase process. This full-time position would be perfect for a recent college graduate who is knowledgeable of new media, has personality on the phone and is an online entrepreneur looking for a position in sales and customer service.
