As a Customer Care Representative, you are the compassionate first point of contact. You won’t just answer phones; you will act as a vital bridge between clients in distress and our local restoration experts, ensuring every inquiry is handled with urgency, accuracy, and empathy.

Requirements

  • Experienced: You have 2+ years of direct customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume call center or inbound phone environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable navigating CRM platforms (Salesforce experience is a major plus) and possess strong data entry skills.
  • Strong Communicator: You have exceptional verbal and written skills.
  • Solution-Oriented: You take ownership of tasks, thrive in fast-paced environments, and remain open to coaching and professional growth.
  • Reliable: You understand the 24/7 nature of restoration and are committed to a schedule that supports our customers when they need us most.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify Inbound Inquiries: Use active listening to assess property damage and convert inquiries into high-value opportunities for our field teams.
  • Crisis Support: Provide a calm, empathetic experience for callers navigating stressful restoration scenarios.
  • Data Integrity: Manage a multi-monitor setup to document client details in Salesforce and Google Workspace with real-time accuracy.
  • End-to-End Coordination: Facilitate seamless handoffs to local offices, process customer payments, and conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Performance Excellence: Meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to maintain our reputation for industry-leading response times.
