About The Position

Alta Resources is hiring full-time and part-time Customer Service Representatives to deliver professional, high-quality, best-in-class customer service for our client, Andersen Windows & Doors. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and have an interest in home improvement or product support. What You’ll Do As a Customer Service Representative with Alta Resources, you represent our client and make a direct impact on the customer experience. You will listen, problem-solve, and support Andersen customers, dealers, and employees by: Handling inbound and/or outbound phone calls, emails, chat, social media, and other communication channels Facilitating, analyzing, and resolving customer questions and issues (troubleshooting) Providing product support and accurate information Investigating and following up on concerns to ensure timely and effective resolution Offering solutions and recommendations with urgency, positivity, and empathy Who Should Apply? Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High level of confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
  • Polished phone demeanor, tone, and etiquette
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED/HSED) required
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, training, or member retention required
  • Ability to quickly learn product and program knowledge
  • Comfortable working on a PC and navigating a Windows environment
  • Beginner to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Nice To Haves

  • Post-secondary education preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude or interest is a plus
