Do you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where your voice matters? If so, Phillips Pet Food & Supplies wants to hear from you! We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Easton, PA, corporate office. In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice our business customers rely on when ordering pet food and supplies. If you have call center or customer service experience, this could be the perfect fit! Hourly Rate: $18.00 | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1–2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role with one company
  • Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office proficiency required
  • Love Pets
  • Please note that to be interviewed onsite, we are looking for someone who can show stability, have a great attitude, and have reliable transportation to and from work

Nice To Haves

  • AS400 experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, efficient support to our business customers via phone
  • Accurately enter orders into our AS400 system
  • Assist with special orders and coordinate with internal departments
  • Issue return authorizations per company policy
  • Stay up to date on our product offerings
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and teamwork
