About The Position

We are looking for a motivated Customer Care Associate to join our fast-paced, collaborative team supporting our existing customers.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
  • High attention to detail and personal accountability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in customer service is a plus-but we're happy to train the right person

Responsibilities

  • Input customer orders with accuracy into our CRM (SAP) system
  • Track and manage order progress through to completion
  • Respond to inquiries about orders, products, returns, and shipping via phone and email
  • Ensure efficient and accurate workflow throughout the order process
  • Develop strong customer relationships through proactive, solutions-oriented communication
