In one sentence We are now seeking a proven Customer Business Executive with a strong hunter mindset, accountable for building executive‑level relationships, driving net‑new opportunities, expanding strategic accounts, and delivering profitable growth across the Telcom and fiber operators. What will your job look like? Serve as the trusted business developer and strategic advisor to customer decision‑makers, shaping account strategy and leading long‑term growth initiatives. Prospect, identify, and close new opportunities by demonstrating clear business value and aligning Amdocs’ offerings to customer needs—driving pipeline creation and account expansion. Build and maintain C‑Level partnerships, representing the voice of the customer internally while influencing Amdocs’ future service offerings. Own full P&L accountability, including financial performance, profitability, commercial negotiation, and annual operating planning. Partner with Service Partners to oversee service execution, ensure KPI attainment, and proactively address risks or gaps. Drive digital transformation, cloud modernization, 5G innovation, and operational efficiency across customer environments.

Requirements

  • Led sales and transformation initiatives across Network Operations, Field Ops, OSS/BSS modernization, Fiber build‑out optimization, and customer experience transformation.
  • Extensive background navigating the business, operational, and technical landscape unique to Fiber ISPs and regional broadband providers.
  • P&L Management: Ability to lead commercial negotiations and prepare the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Must have a strong financial background and experience.
  • Recognized leader in driving growth in large, complex telecom accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust, unlock new revenue streams, and shape strategic direction.
  • Delivers measurable business impact for customers and internal stakeholders
