About The Position

As a Business Development Executive , you will drive new revenue growth by partnering with small- to mid-sized businesses, primarily within the automotive industry, to deliver customized, performance-driven digital marketing solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor, clearly articulating how our strategies and products help clients achieve measurable business outcomes. This is not a transactional sales role. We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven, digitally fluent sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by winning, relationship-building, and long-term client success. Our comprehensive digital product suite includes Paid Search (PPC), Paid Social, SEO, Online Listings, Display & Video Advertising, OTT, and Connected TV, all strategically tailored to meet each client’s unique objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven success in sales, marketing, or advertising (digital, radio, television, or print).
  • Strong understanding of today’s digital marketing landscape and consumer engagement trends.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering in-person and virtual sales presentations using tablet-based tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams.
  • Excellent time-management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
  • Valid state driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Conduct consultative discovery sessions to understand client goals, challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Effectively present and explain complex digital marketing concepts in a clear, compelling, and value-driven manner.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasting and regular activity updates.
  • Collaborate closely with internal strategy, analytics, and execution teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Utilize modern sales tools and presentations to deliver impactful, professional pitches.
  • Travel to client locations and industry events as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall sales and organizational objectives.
