Toyota's Experience Center is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Customer Assistance Functional Strategy Sr. Analyst. Reporting to the Functional Strategy Manager, the Sr. Analyst is an individual contributor role responsible for promoting the development and implementation of strategic initiatives. In addition, the Senior Analyst will act as a primary point of contact for subject matter issues and be expected to support activities that deliver desired business outcomes and drive TFS strategy. Activities include analyzing, developing, and improving processes and procedures across the business to drive performance, operational effectiveness, and ensure operational compliance, as well as preparing, analyzing, and interpreting materials to facilitate best practices for process development and improvement.
