Matterport is seeking a dynamic, customer-obsessed marketing leader to design and scale programs that deepen engagement, drive retention, and maximize customer lifetime value. The Manager , Customer & Lifecycle Marketing will lead the strategy and execution of integrated lifecycle campaigns across our customer base—spanning onboarding, adoption, cross-sell, upsell, renewal, and advocacy. This role sits at the intersection of data, content, and customer experience, ensuring every touchpoint delivers value and reinforces the Matterport brand. The ideal candidate blends analytical rigor with creative storytelling and has a proven record of turning insights into impactful programs that nurture relationships and accelerate growth. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align unified retention and expansion strategies.
