The Customer Advocacy Partner is the primary resource for ResMan's existing customers. They are the first point of contact concerning product implementation, go-live, and support; ultimately responsible for building a long-term relationship once an agreement has been put in place. As a member of the Customer Advocacy Partner team, you will build and extend ResMan's dedication to "Service First" in everything they do while managing customer relationships.
