Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Assist current clients with questions, requests, and general information
  • Speak with potential and prospective clients to provide information about company services
  • Route calls to the appropriate department or staff member when necessary
  • Take accurate messages and ensure follow-up when required
  • Maintain a positive, helpful attitude on every call
  • Keep records of calls, inquiries, and client information when needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
