Quality Customer Liaison
About The Position
We are a leading provider of in-plant, Quality Liaison support services to the automotive industry. Our mission is to solve problems and enhance the value of the entire vehicle manufacturing process. We achieve this by adhering to high communication standards, possessing technical expertise, and demonstrating personal reliability. Since 1997, we have been serving the largest names in the automotive industry. Our team is present in nearly every assembly plant in North and South America, working on diverse sets of engineered components within the OEM assembly process. As an Automotive Quality Liaison, you will be responsible for addressing and communicating assembly, quality, and launch issues for our customers’ commodities. Additionally, you will maintain positive relationships with OEM personnel.
Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills
- Motivated self-starter
- Computer literacy
- Mechanical inclination, including the ability to troubleshoot mechanical relationships
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of an OEM structure, from operators to management
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
