We are seeking a Customer Accounts Resolution Specialist to join our onsite team. This role focuses on reviewing and resolving customer account issues, analyzing past-due balances, ensuring accurate billing, and maintaining contract terms in our systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with data and Excel, and excels in customer communication. Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in billing, accounts receivable, finance, or related roles .
  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, filters, reporting).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting with customers.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in service-based billing or handling complex customer accounts.
  • Experience with multi-location accounts or contract-based billing.

Responsibilities

  • Review customer accounts and aging reports to identify unpaid or incorrectly billed charges.
  • Investigate past-due balances and resolve discrepancies with customers.
  • Enter and maintain billing contract terms and service rates in company systems.
  • Generate reports on account activity, billing exceptions, and resolution trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Billing, Operations, Customer Service) to ensure accurate and timely account management.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all account resolutions and communications.
  • Provide professional, clear, and timely communication to customers regarding account status and resolution.
