Nice To Haves

Experience in Accounts Receivable, cash application, or related finance functions preferred
Post high school accounting classes or accounting related experience.

Responsibilities

Manage daily cash application for assigned customers within Oracle Cloud AR, accurately applying payments to open invoices, credits, and deductions.
Prepare payments in the bank portal, accurately inputting remittance information to support automated cash application in Oracle.
Communicate with customers to obtain missing or unclear remittance information to ensure proper payment allocation.
Manage group email inboxes, ensuring remittances and supporting documents are saved, organized, and accessible within designated folders.
Collaborate with credit and deductions teams to research and analyze customer statements, reconcile open items, and resolve discrepancies.
Assist with cross-training and provide support to team members to ensure continuity of daily AR operations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
