Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Accounts Receivable, cash application, or related finance functions preferred
  • Post high school accounting classes or accounting related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily cash application for assigned customers within Oracle Cloud AR, accurately applying payments to open invoices, credits, and deductions.
  • Prepare payments in the bank portal, accurately inputting remittance information to support automated cash application in Oracle.
  • Communicate with customers to obtain missing or unclear remittance information to ensure proper payment allocation.
  • Manage group email inboxes, ensuring remittances and supporting documents are saved, organized, and accessible within designated folders.
  • Collaborate with credit and deductions teams to research and analyze customer statements, reconcile open items, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with cross-training and provide support to team members to ensure continuity of daily AR operations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
