About The Position

ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Observe and train with multiple team members within the Customer Accounts team to gain an understanding of various processes within the organization Complete assigned projects that have an impact on the department Support the development of online training resources utilized by new Customer Accounts employees Provide assistance to the Credit Operations Team within Customer Accounts to support data analysis, reporting, benchmarking, and other tasks which benefit the overall scope of the department Gain an understanding of degree utilization in the workplace SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS Exhibits strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills Conveys a productive attitude, take initiative, works independently, and exhibits a strong work ethic Interacts effectively with individuals and groups inside and outside the organization Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication PC experience in a Microsoft Windows environment; proficient with internet, email, and Microsoft Office software Video development skills for use in the creation of online training materials Able to type data and use a PC for extended periods of time EDUCATON & EXPERIENCE Undergraduate students in good standing at either a junior or senior level Major or academic focus in one or more of the following programs: Business, Management, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Communications, or other related fields
